Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Wastewater Treatment Operations.
- Prepare and maintain reporting and regulatory compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Staff supervision and development.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and manage resources.
- Capital improvement and maintenance oversight.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise in Wastewater Treatment.
- Supervisory and Leadership skills.
- Understanding of local, state and federal laws, ordinance and regulations.
- Principals of budget monitoring.
- A dedication to maintaining a safe and functional environment for city employees.
What the City of Roseville Offers:
- $110,841 to $148,539 annual salary (depending on experience)
