职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing intelligent agents and multi-agent systems for cutting-edge AI application scenarios.
2. Develop and implement core agent algorithms including but not limited to: reasoning (CoT, ToT), planning, tool use (function calling), and memory management.
3. Build robust frameworks for agent evaluation, monitoring, and iterative improvement; Responsible for LLM training/finetuning, benchmark & selection, and application .
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable agentic diagram.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate with a background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
2. Rich experiences and strong skills in the following areas: multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning (GRPO, PPO), and LLM training & application development.
3. Strong computer science fundamentals, with proficient coding skills in Python/Java and experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills.
5. Candidates with publications in top conferences (NeurIPS,KDD, ICML, EMNLP, AAAI) or significant contributions to open-source ai projects are highly preferred.
