At the conclusion of the internship, each intern presents their work to business leaders, showcasing the impact they’ve made.
What you’ll do
As a Corporate Actuarial Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting actuarial modeling, financial reporting, and strategic analysis. Previous interns have:
- Contributed to actuarial model enhancements and internal reporting tools
- Supported actuarial teams in data validation, assumption setting, and trend analysis
- Assisted with tasks related to valuation, forecasting, or regulatory deliverables
You will explore how your coursework applies to real business decisions, deliver both an individual and group project, and become familiar with the tools, systems, and workflows used across the company. Additionally, throughout the internship, you will develop professional and technical skills in a collaborative environment designed to prepare you for a career in actuarial science.
Intern team placements and project scopes are determined in the months leading up to the internship, with your exact assignment shared in the spring.
