Group Facilitator
Position Summary:
Kids Thrive is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Group Facilitators for our Center and School-Based Programs. In this role, you will facilitate therapeutic group sessions for children ages 3-12, focusing on emotional regulation, social skills, and positive behavior development. You will ensure that the group sessions run smoothly, provide guidance and support to children, and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- A combination of education and relevant work experience may also be considered.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a mental health or educational setting, particularly working with young children.
- Experience facilitating groups or providing direct support to children with mental health challenges or behavioral difficulties is preferred.
