About Beach Tree Capital
Beach Tree Capital is an independent boutique investment bank, founded with a mission to improve the human experience through thoughtful capital allocation and world-class advisory work.
We specialize in lower-middle and middle-market transactions, advising entrepreneurs, business owners, and management teams on sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory. While our expertise is anchored in the wellness economy—including healthcare, nutrition, fitness, and active lifestyle—we extend into select adjacent sectors where our insights provide competitive advantage.
Our firm combines intellectual rigor, creative problem-solving, and uncompromising competence with a human-centered approach. We aim to set a new standard for what a boutique investment bank can be: precise, intentional, and deeply premium.

- Perform valuation analyses and financial modeling (comps, precedents, DCF).
- Assist in the preparation of teasers, CIMs, and client presentations.
- Contribute to due diligence, transaction execution, and strategic discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, completed by September 2025, from a top university or college.
- Exceptional academic track record (minimum GPA 3.75).
- 1–2 years of investment banking experience or strong internships preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; Excel skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and the discipline to excel in a boutique, premium environment.
