Start Date: October 20th

Salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission (Average 1st Year OTE: $75-85k)

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

You'll develop your network, maintain long-term partnerships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market by doing these core recruitment functions:

• Business Development: Build relationships with potential clients, pitch our tailored recruitment solutions, and gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and business goals
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively headhunt and engage mid-to-senior level talent within your niche market, maintaining a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and job marketing
• Process Management: Own the full recruitment lifecycle- from interview coordination and offer negotiation to post-placement follow up- ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of sales and/or customer-facing experience
• Strong work ethic, goal- oriented, professional verbal & written communication skills
• Proven experience with persuasion, resiliency, problem-solving, and collaboration
