About the Role
Pathway Services Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Data Analyst to join our growing team in Tulsa, OK. This role plays a critical part in upholding our commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality data that supports our clients’ planning and maintenance needs.

While our projects often involve advanced data types such as photogrammetry, 3D data, and LiDAR, no prior experience with these is required—we’ll provide the training and resources you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability

Generate insightful reports and compelling data visualizations for internal teams and clients

Manage data ingestion and oversee file transfers into our central repository

Identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights using statistical and analytical techniques

Collaborate across teams to understand and address data requirements

Present findings to clients and support leadership with data-driven decision-making

Contribute to routine, strategic, and ad-hoc analyses that shape key initiatives
