Recruiter

This is a full-time position that is 100% onsite in Miamisburg, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and identifying high-caliber talent to onboarding.
• Conduct phone screenings and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Achieve hiring objectives and meet established performance metrics.
