We are building software for a good education. A good education is one that inspires curiosity, creativity, and community. Their software enables that through visual content creation and collaboration in millions of classrooms worldwide.

The company is a collaborative SaaS platform for K-12 and Higher Education Institutions. They are growing exponentially across the globe, have acquired an impressive 80MM users organically, and are profitable.

The platform is a powerful tool that provides real-time collaboration, allows multiple contributors to engage interactively, increases student participation, engagement, and retention. Teachers love it and have adopted it organically without top-down school mandates.

They need to convert this organic traction into school and district-wide sales opportunities so they can reach their goal of reaching a billion users worldwide. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in their office in San Francisco to help us with that.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads with K-12, Higher Education, and corporations.
  • Execute outreach through email and social media.
  • Build relationships with Administrators, Teachers, and Leaders.
  • Upsell and renew contracts with existing customers
  • Conduct online demos, webinars, presentations
  • Drive new revenue
  • Manage and close inbound leads
  • Represent the company at conferences.
  • Support sales leadership in closing deals.
