Financial Analyst (Entry-Level, 0–3 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience who are looking to apply their analytical skills in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

The Analyst will support key operational and investment processes, requiring strong quantitative ability and organizational skills.   This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry while developing both technical and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the owner of the company’s beginning-of-day reconciliation and pre-trading process. This set of activities involves reconciling the firm’s custodian data against our internal database using proprietary in-house tools, as well as preparing and communicating all client-related cash and trading requests to the trading desk each day
  • Analyze, reconcile, and interpret data from multiple sources to support investment operations and client reporting
  • Assist in preparing materials and insights for client communications and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams while also working independently on assigned projects
  • Maintain organized records, processes, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or another field with a strong analytical component
  • 0–3 years of professional experience in an analytical and/or operations role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong aptitude for working with data (experience with SQL, R, or Python a plus)

Work Environment & Schedule

Due to the nature of the role, this position requires in-office presence beginning at approximately 6:30 AM.   The firm's offices are located near the Dallas North Tollway and Northwest Highway.  As a result, the workday for this role concludes at 3:30 PM, providing an earlier end to the day while ensuring coverage of essential business functions.
