About the AI Residency Program

In today’s world, individuals either take from society or produce for society. Our mission is to create more producers — people who are useful, valuable, and solve real problems for others.

This AI Residency is an intensive, full-time, in-person program in Las Vegas designed to help recent graduates discover what makes them highly valuable to society — and to accelerate their ability to create impact in the age of AI.

Residents will receive housing, mentorship, hands-on projects, and a path toward a paid full-time role after 3 months. This is not about lectures or theory — it’s about doing real work that matters, building tools, and learning how to apply AI to unlock tangible value.

What You’ll Get

Residency Expectations

This residency is about producing real outcomes — not just learning, but proving value.

  • In-Office Commitment: Full-time, Monday–Friday, based in Las Vegas.
  • Daily Outcomes: Every day ends with a quick 1:1 report showing progress, deliverables, or key learnings.
  • 90-Day Goal: By the end of the residency, one of two things will be true: * You’ve created enough tangible value for us to hire you full-time and give you work immediately, OR * You’ve proven your ability to generate revenue and solve problems in a way that makes you highly valuable in the market.

There’s no middle ground — this program is about becoming a producer who can create value.

Who Should Apply We’re looking for recent grads who stand out through either:

  • A 4.0 GPA, OR
  • Demonstrated extraordinary achievement (projects, startups, research, competitions, publications, or other standout work).

And most importantly:

  • Willingness to put in long hours and chase opportunities.
  • Grit, adaptability, and a “figure-it-out” mentality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Optimistic energy.

Residency Details

  • Location: Las Vegas (housing provided)
  • Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension or full-time offer)
  • Commitment: Full-time, in-person
  • Included: Full-time Office Space + Pro AI Subscriptions + $1,000 monthly stipend OR Housing support if re-locating
