Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed research across core verticals including semiconductors, automotive, and energy. Leverage industry databases and O₂’s proprietary industry graph to define and refine ideal customer profiles.
  • Analyze market dynamics by mapping competitors, ecosystem partners, and whitespace opportunities to inform strategic go-to-market planning.
  • Assess automation maturity and AI adoption across target accounts. Use findings to develop customized use cases and value propositions.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across email, LinkedIn, and outbound channels, run A/B tests, and build dashboards to monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, monitor funnel progression, and ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales.
     

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in business analysis, strategic growth, or go-to-market planning. Prior work in B2B SaaS, AI, or industrial technology environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in market research, data analysis, and business communication, with a focus on clarity and impact.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, campaign performance tracking, and commonly used data tools.
  • A proactive and intellectually curious mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
