Logistics Intern
We’re seeking a motivated Logistics Intern to join our team for Summer 2026!
The Role:
In this internship, you will work closely with shop floor leaders and associates to analyze material movement processes, conduct time studies, and assess current operational conditions. Based on these evaluations, you will develop recommendations for process improvements. Once changes are approved, you will assist in creating standardized work procedures and support implementation efforts on the shop floor. You’ll collaborate with the Logistics team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working directly with various shop floor leaders to understand process flow and material movement
- Conducting work observations and time studies to understand current condition of the assigned process
- Gather data and analyze to identify bottlenecks or efficiency issues
- Create visual documents showing the process, related date and improvement suggestions
- Set project steps and communicate with leaders on the execution plan
- Present findings and outcome to Executive leaders
What We’re Looking For:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Knowledge of the process of conducting time studies
- Data and fact-based analytical skills
- Familiar with the use of AI in the workplace
- Available to be in Columbus, IN from May through August of 2026

What You’ll Get in Return:
Wage - $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
