Sales and Business Development Program

The Opportunity
We’re launching a structured Sales & Business Development Training Program for recent graduates and early career professionals. Similar to other corporate training programs, you’ll start by developing outbound sales skills and then have opportunities to enter full-time business development roles across the country or move into open corporate roles. It's a great opportunity to develop your sales skills, learn business at the ground-level from a rapidly growing brand, and directly impact the success of markets across the country.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to real estate agents across the country.
  • Introduce HOMEstretch services, educate real estate agents, generate interest, and book consultations.
  • Coordinate with HOMEstretch business owners across the nation to create sales strategies and help them grow their businesses.
  • Track activity and progress in our CRM.
  • Partner with our sales and leadership teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Build critical skills that lead to future career growth within HOMEstretch.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate or early career professional, eager to learn.
  • A level of grit and determination needed to succeed in a start-up.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Prior sales or call center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in real estate or franchising is a bonus.
