Position Summary

Aspect Wealth Management (AWM) is seeking highly motivated interns who can keep pace in the ever-changing business world while prioritizing clients’ needs above all else. Our interns will gain valuable hands-on experience in a corporate financial planning environment. They will provide support across all areas of the office as well as assist with various assigned projects. With eagerness to learn and a passion to succeed, interns will contribute exceptional office support.

The scope of responsibilities will be adjusted based on each intern’s experience, initiative, interactions with the team and supervisor, quality of self-review, and ability to quickly learn assigned tasks. Due to the highly regulated nature of our industry, opportunities for managerial experience are limited. Most leadership development will come from managing projects, collaborating with diverse personalities and roles, and leading change without holding a formal leadership title. All interns will participate in an interview process with one or more team members.
