2026 University Intern - US Marketing

Requirements for a Phillips 66 Internship:

 

Basic/Required:

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Management Business, MIS or equivalent field of study or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or MBA
  • Greater than 60 hours of earned college credit
  • Graduation date of August 2026 or later
  • Available for a minimum of eleven continuous weeks
  • Available to work at Houston, TX headquarters

 

Preferred:

  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Previous internship or co-op participant in related industry or field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
