T. Howard Foundation Internship Program - Paid Internships in Media, Entertainment, and Technology Industries

The T. Howard Foundation Internship Program is a national leader in providing underrepresented college students with access to internships and career development in media, entertainment, and tech. Open to all majors, the Foundation offers 2 internship tracks: the Core track focuses on Art & Design, Business, Communications, and People & Policy, and the Tech track focuses on STEM. Since 1993, over 2,000 ambitious students have interned with 40+ innovative host company partners, like Hearst, FOX, Major League Baseball (MLB), and Warner Bros. Discovery. 

We continue to support talent beyond internships through our comprehensive Career & Alumni Services Program.  

Our 2026 Internship Program application is now open. Early Deadline: October 31, 2025. FINAL Deadline: December 1, 2025.
