Project Delivery Intern

We are currently recruiting for a Project Delivery Intern at our corporate office in Westerville, OH.
The Project Delivery Intern will support our PD team, while also participating in a formalized Summer Internship Program. The goal of the program is to enhance student’s business acumen through continuous learning and networking opportunities. Throughout the summer, interns have the opportunity to:
•Participate in a series of webinars that focus on professional networking, communication and presentation skills
•Listen and ask questions to our executives through our Executive Speaker Series
•Collaborate with other interns across North America on a Capstone Project
•Travel to Columbus, OH, to present their Capstone Project to leadership at the Intern Capstone Event
•Network with other interns and business leaders across all regions and business segments within the organization
•Be considered for full time roles
The scope of projects and daily tasks may include:
•Completing Project Management 101
•Shadow current Project Managers and support documentation creation and listen in on Internal/Joint Project calls.
•Assist in the development of strategic recommendations and presentations for senior leadership, utilizing data-driven insights and frameworks.
•Provide general project support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items to ensure project milestones are met.
•Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed to support the Project Delivery team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
•Support Facilities and MHE Development team on Start-up activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
•Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field
•Graduating within the following academic year
•Ability to work full time for 10-12 weeks during the summer months and travel to Columbus, OH in late July
