As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be on the ground in Atlanta neighborhoods, creating initial excitement and providing essential information about AT&T’s revolutionary speed and capabilities. You'll be the friendly face that sparks interest in your responsibility as an Customer Service Representative , answers fundamental questions, and ensures potential customers have a positive first interaction, setting the stage for them to experience the future of connectivity.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative :

  • Engage with residents in Atlanta and surrounding areas  through direct outreach to introduce the benefits of AT&T services.
  • Clearly and enthusiastically explain the advantages of AT&T, including its speed, reliability, and potential applications.
  • Answer initial questions about AT&T plans, availability in their area, and introductory offers.
  • Identify individuals who express interest in AT&T and gather their basic contact information for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Build positive initial rapport with potential customers, creating a welcoming and informative first point of contact.
  • Effectively distribute AT&T marketing materials and direct interested individuals to further resources.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting tips or guidance related to 5G technology.
  • Maintain a positive and knowledgeable representation of the AT&T brand.
  • Collaborate with the Praxis Management Group’s team to provide valuable insights and feedback from community interactions in Atlanta.

Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management (telecommunications experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand basic customer inquiries.
  • A genuine interest in technology and the benefits of 5G.
  • Comfortable engaging with people in a direct outreach setting in the Atlanta region.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
