Fulfillment Associate

Position Overview

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for sorting products, garments, and other items for fulfillment. We manufacture thousands of products per day; there is a high volume of orders that need to be sorted and shipped daily. This role participates in the fulfillment process: sorting, put-wall operations, picking products, packaging, shipping and product tracking. May be tasked with cross-functional tasks (e.g., quality control / inspection).

Essential Job Functions

• Use software to help sort and organize orders
• Confirm item matches work order before packaging. 
• Follow fulfillment processes and standards as it relates to all our products
• Perform various procedures related to re-work and other workflows
• Perform general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of fulfillment area
• Perform other duties, as required

Qualifications

• Ability to perform fulfillment tasks in the time metrics established, for the entire shift
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience 

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Experience preferred, but not required
• Must be willing to learn and adhere to standards

Physical Demands 

• This position requires walking, standing, bending, twisting and lifting

Work Conditions

• Overtime (or ability to work irregular hours) may be required to meet project 
• Must be capable of completing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing environment: may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, dust or dirt.
