We're hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to join forces with our retail team. We are looking for candidates who can implement basic sales, marketing, and communication skills – and to advance into a management role to oversee a market for our major clients. Our training program bridges the gap, molding young professionals through leadership development, hands-on training, travel, unique experiences, teamwork, and fun.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting to represent client products and services
  • Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Learn and apply sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • BS Degree
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Is open to in-person, field-based work (this is not a remote position) in the Indianapolis area
  • 0-3 years of previous experience working with people one-on-one
