💼 Job Overview

We’re hiring Growth & Outreach Associates to join our on-site marketing team in Tyler, TX. This is a full-time role with a base salary plus performance-based commission. You'll collaborate with leadership, designers, and the sales team to drive inbound traffic and generate qualified leads.

This role is open to F-1 students on OPT/STEM OPT and H-1B visa holders.

🎯 Responsibilities

Execute local marketing and outreach campaigns

Create content for social media, email, and landing pages

Attend university events, business expos, and networking meetups

Build lead lists and track outreach using CRM and analytics tools

Contribute creative ideas and test new campaigns regularly

Work closely with design and sales teams to ensure brand alignment

✅ What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or higher
Experience: No prior marketing experience required — we value communication skills and creativity
Preferred Backgrounds: Social media, student clubs, campus events, or community outreach

Skills:

Strong writing and interpersonal communication

Organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner

Familiar with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Comfortable with spreadsheets, email tools, and CRMs

Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus

Eager to grow, experiment, and take initiative

💰 Compensation & Career Growth

Base Pay: $10–$15/hour (based on performance and milestones)

Commission: 10%–30% on qualified leads/sales attributed to your campaigns

Bonuses: Monthly incentives for top performers

Earning Potential: $30,000–$65,000/year depending on results and effort
