Responsibilities Collaborate and communicate
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective digital solutions.
- Present insights and findings compellingly to various stakeholders.
Data extraction and integration
- Retrieve and compile data from diverse sources.
- Cleanse, transform, and integrate data into comprehensive datasets.
Report development
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools.
- Update and maintain existing BI solutions for optimal performance.
- Document data models and BI solutions to ensure easy reference and maintenance.
KPI and safety metrics improvement
- Improve KPI reporting and data visualizations for existing safety metrics.
- Work across functions to identify what is working and not working in safety reporting.
- Collaborate with the CI Digital team to identify and implement improvement plans.
- Review department-level KPI metrics to identify any gaps in reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to identify needs and build/execute plans to address reporting needs.
- Document and map key metrics and calculations.

Qualifications Skills and abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow.
Education
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration.
Physical requirements
- This position generally involves sitting for extended periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting.
