Responsibilities Collaborate and communicate

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective digital solutions.
  • Present insights and findings compellingly to various stakeholders.

Data extraction and integration

  • Retrieve and compile data from diverse sources.
  • Cleanse, transform, and integrate data into comprehensive datasets.

Report development

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using leading BI tools.
  • Update and maintain existing BI solutions for optimal performance.
  • Document data models and BI solutions to ensure easy reference and maintenance.

KPI and safety metrics improvement

  • Improve KPI reporting and data visualizations for existing safety metrics.
  • Work across functions to identify what is working and not working in safety reporting.
  • Collaborate with the CI Digital team to identify and implement improvement plans.
  • Review department-level KPI metrics to identify any gaps in reporting.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify needs and build/execute plans to address reporting needs.
  • Document and map key metrics and calculations.

Qualifications Skills and abilities

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow.

Education

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration. 

Physical requirements

  • This position generally involves sitting for extended periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting.
