Customer Success Associate

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our remote team. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience interacting with clients. As a CSA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, onboarding new clients, and managing ongoing relationships to drive customer retention and success. You will act as a strategic partner, helping clients navigate our services while maintaining a high level of engagement.

While working remotely, you should be comfortable handling calls, video meetings, and written communication with U.S. customers. Working on U.S. Pacific Time is required.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Relationship Management: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing clear explanations of our services.

Customer Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and video meetings.

Issue Resolution & Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Strategic Advisory: Help clients maximize the value of our services by providing guidance and best practices.

Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.

 

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual (English + Spanish)  preferred.

Prior experience in customer success, account management, or customer support roles.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with the team.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
