Growth Intern

Atlas is building the future of outbound growth automation through AI-generated personalized video messaging. Our platform researches leads, generates high-converting content, and delivers dynamic video demos tailored to each prospect automatically. We’re powering growth teams at the edge of B2B outreach.

We’re backed by experienced founders and are rapidly building our growth motion with real users. This is a unique opportunity to own meaningful parts of our outbound process and ship results fast.

We’re seeking a self-driven person to take on a Growth role, thriving in early-stage environments. You’ll work directly with the founding team to run outbound campaigns, manage lead data, and drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute 10–20 hours weekly on a consistent basis
  • Run targeted LinkedIn outreach to ICP accounts and prospects
  • Engage with potential and current customers to nurture relationships and book demos
  • Make outbound calls and assist with demo scheduling and coordination
  • Filter, manage, and update lead lists, ensuring clean statuses and accurate data
  • Track campaign outcomes, objections, and learnings to refine outbound strategy
  • Collaborate with founders on weekly growth experiments to improve pipeline creation

Requirements

  • 1+ year in demand generation, growth, or operations (startup experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive qualified meetings and support growth goals
  • Excellent communication skills: strong writing, confident phone presence, and active listening
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with a focus on CRM and lead list hygiene
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving async environments with limited structure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality, motivated by tangible results

  • Multi-threaded outreach in enterprise or SMB contexts
  • Familiarity with AI-powered personalization or automation tools

Compensation

$20–$35 USD/hour depending on experience

Performance-based bonuses tied to meetings set and qualified pipeline generated
