Job Title: R&D Lab Specialist 

Location: New Albany OH, 43054 

      

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Pulling samples from and putting samples into environment chambers 

Monitoring temperature chart recorders on test chambers and changing these each week 

Opening daily mail deliveries and organizing samples on staging shelves 

Assist with preparing samples for testing by labeling and organizing into bins and performing initial priming of pumps and weight loss measurements 

Prepare samples for package testing, which would include filling and crimping tubes, applying caps/pumps, labeling 

Assist with performing various packaging tests, which include torque, vacuum leakage, plastic bottle drop, transit, opening and compression force, label adhesion, product resistance 

Lab clean up and trash disposal/recycling 

Sample retain storage and purging of outdated sample retains 

System support in SAP and updating Excel testing trackers and report templates
