Duty Manager

Under the general direction of a Field Maintenance Operations Manager, this position oversees and directs the daily and seasonal maintenance duties for the field maintenance department including front line contact with various stakeholders for snow removal operations at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport.  Duty Managers supervise and direct the work of assigned staff, assign duties and hours of work, and delegate responsibilities to subordinates. 

Duty Managers are responsible for the safety of employees and equipment in the performance of all duties. Duty Managers are responsible for the management and maintenance of airside and landside areas such as runways, taxiways, ramp areas, roadways, parking and turf areas, walks, drainage systems, fences, signs, buildings, and other public facing areas. Duty Managers perform inspections and prepare required reports.
