Sales Development Representative

Position Title: Sales Development Representative

Reports To: Sales Manager

 

Purpose

We’re seeking a motivated, entry-level Sales Development Representative ready to dive into sales. You’ll be on the front lines—generating leads, supporting the sales team, and helping shape the future of our growth. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists and CRM software. 
  • Make 50–75 outbound calls per day to engage decision-makers and book qualified meetings.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, qualifying their needs and setting appointments. 
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer goals and align our offerings. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM. 
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials. 
  • Participate in product training and shadow calls to develop sales expertise. 
  • Continuously learn and adapt based on coaching and feedback. 

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
  • Highly organized, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales career. 
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
