Digital Content Specialist
Position Overview:
Develop, create, and publish engaging digital content across multiple platforms to build brand
awareness, drive audience engagement, and support marketing objectives. This role combines
creativity with strategic thinking to produce content that resonates with target audiences and
achieves measurable results.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited):
Content Development & Creation
• Research, write, and produce original content including blog posts, social media posts,
videos, graphics, podcasts, and other digital assets
• Develop content calendars and maintain consistent publishing schedules across
platforms
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay current with platform-specific best practices and algorithm changes
• Strategy & Planning
• Analyze audience demographics and engagement metrics to inform content strategy
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Plan and execute content campaigns aligned with business goals
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities
Community Management
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers across social
platforms
• Build and nurture online communities around brand content
• Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation
• Performance Analysis
• Track content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media
insights, etc.)
• Prepare regular reports on content metrics and ROI
• A/B test different content formats and optimize based on results
• Provide recommendations for content improvements
