Sales Representative

As an Account Manager at Talent Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients. You will serve as their primary point of contact, understanding their talent management needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Your ability to foster long-term relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth will be critical to your success in this role.  

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.  
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their talent strategy needs and providing proactive support.  
  • Engage with clients on an ongoing basis to understand their evolving requirements, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for value-added services.  
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional revenue within existing client accounts. 
  • Present innovative solutions, upsell relevant services, and cross-sell complementary offerings.  
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client organizations.  
  • Collaborate with sales team to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients.  
  • Ensure contracts are mutually beneficial and aligned with Talent Strategy’s standards.  
  • Monitor and track key performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and account retention rates.  
  • Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Recruit and place candidates on their accounts 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client needs.  

 

The Account Manager is a good fit for someone who…
