ENL/ESL/TESOL Teacher

Full Time ENL/ESL/TESOL Positions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check with Administrative Assistant weekly to verify new students.
• Work with teachers to verify the needs of the ESL/ENL students.
• Test all students as per schedule that qualify for ESL/ENL
• Keep an assessment of students and input to staff
• Keep proper documentation required by the state and school.
• Travel between the three locations to work with all ESL/ENL students.
• Keep inventory of all materials related to ESL/ENL.
• Maintain lesson plans
• Take part in Parent Teacher Conferences as necessary.
• Take part in Open Houses

REQUIREMENTS

NYS Certification in ESL/ENL/TESOL

Bachelor Degree

Master Degree preferred

Fluent in Spanish a plus +

Compassionate and patient with students and parents

Great Classroom Management Skills

Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills

Must be flexible
