Customer Service Representative—Kegerreis Digital Marketing

In this role, you will work primarily with the Web Team and Leadership, as well as festival and event clients.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities for Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to client emails and social media messages and research basic support requests.
- Support festival vendors and patrons during shows.
- Escalate technical issues that cannot be addressed.
- Document issues, actions taken, and final resolution.
- Maintain procedure and frequently asked questions (FAQ) documentation.
- Answer the main office line, route calls, and record and distribute messages, as needed.
Ideal Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
- Ability to read, understand, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Familiarity with technology (computers, mobile devices, etc.)
- Experience working in the service industry or providing customer support.
Location of Work:
- Company office is located Danville, VA.
- Work from home on Saturday and Sunday will be available after the first 90 days
