Executive Assistant

Position Overview

NAYLOR is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating business activities, and ensuring smooth communication across the company. This role requires discretion, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and ensure appropriate follow-up on pending issues.
  • Coordinate and organize company meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with client management, research, and preparation of materials for strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with Public Relations, Social Media Content, and Marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional presence with the ability to represent the CEO and the company effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
