
Executive Assistant
Position Overview
NAYLOR is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating business activities, and ensuring smooth communication across the company. This role requires discretion, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and ensure appropriate follow-up on pending issues.
- Coordinate and organize company meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with client management, research, and preparation of materials for strategic initiatives.
- Assist with Public Relations, Social Media Content, and Marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional presence with the ability to represent the CEO and the company effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
