Tree Line Capital Partners, LLC (“Tree Line” or “TLCP”) is seeking to hire in Investor Relations team member in its New York office, with a target start date in October 2025.

Job Description:
Tree Line is seeking an Investor Relations team member (the “Candidate”) with strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills who can support the Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations, in leading the various aspects of Investor Relations and Marketing at the firm. Primary duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supporting best in class relationship management processes, including meeting preparation, follow-up and management of CRM and pipeline
- Assisting with the completion of RFPs, DDQs and other ad-hoc investor requests
- Analyzing and monitoring existing investor returns, key metrics and trends
- Tracking market and portfolio stats and utilizing data to help craft marketing message
- Supporting Senior leadership in fostering relationships with existing and prospective investors Managing Quarterly Investor Letter communications
- Assisting with the production of the Annual Report and Annual Meeting
- Overseeing the investor portal and data rooms
The Candidate will need to develop a strong understanding of Tree Line, its portfolio companies and both its lending and fund products to effectively be able to support investor meetings, conference calls, presentations, and other projects. Maintaining the ability to multi-task and proving to be scalable is critical to the success of a Candidate within our growing organization. Depending on experience, the Candidate’s title at Tree Line may be Analyst, Associate, or Senior Associate. The Candidate must be able to work collaboratively with other Tree Line departments including, but not limited to the Investment, Risk Management, Finance & Accounting and Compliance teams. The Candidate will work directly under the Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Bachelors’ Degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
- 1-3 years of professional experience, with a financial services background strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, and Word)

Compensation, Benefits and Culture:
The salary range for this role is $120,000 and $150,000 in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits, and will be dependent upon candidate experience, and title. The annual bonus range for this role is discretionary, pro-rated based on start date within a calendar year, and depends on experience, personal performance and company performance.
