Marketer for Qurious Quoll Games, LLC
We are seeking a qualified and talented Marketer to promote a mobile device game app. The applicant will collaborate with our design team while also working independently with minimal supervision. This position is project-specific on a full-time temporary or part-time temporary basis.
The applicant must possess:

About The Project
The project is highly collaborative with both the design team and the Marketer. The Marketer will promote the app to its release.
The app is designed such that players interface with the app simultaneously while watching a movie, whether in the same room or remotely.
Players will be able to access clichés by way of movie property input (e.g., genre, characters and indoor sets etc.), keyword and library searches. Elements of the game include a movie meter for player scoring, a chat room for online communication and a large database of clichés and other movie related items.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of a marketing program from start to finish
- Identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Recruit beta-testers to test play the movie app and create evaluation forms to assess the needs and wants of targeted audiences
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Track key performance indicators such as website traffic to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Monitor marketing metrics and prepare performance reports
- Develop app’s presence across iOS and Android platforms
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Support email marketing efforts
- Help manage and update the company website and blog
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Job Requirements
- An understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software such as HubSpot
- Ability to use a metrics-driven approach to marketing the movie app
- Comfort in reaching out to CEO’s and celebrities to pitch the product
- Adept in post-click optimization
- Detail-oriented and open to feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of one-year experience with an emphasis on digital marketing
- Maintaining a positive team morale
- A movie lover who enjoys watching movies of all genres
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
