Job Title: Financial Consultant Trainee
Location: Community Trust Financial Services, Pike County, Kentucky
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Local travel required
 
Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Financial Consultant Trainee to join our team and work closely with a Senior Financial Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to learn the business from the ground up, gain industry licenses and registrations, and grow into a client-facing advisory role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
    * Assist the Senior Financial Advisor with client service, research, and administrative tasks
    * Participate in training and development programs to become licensed and registered
    * Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and portfolio reviews
    * Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation with high attention to detail
    * Engage with clients and prospects professionally and confidently
    * Perform local travel for client meetings and events as needed
 
Qualifications:
    * High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
    * Strong desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry
    * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    * Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
    * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
    * Must be able and willing to travel locally
