Receptionist

Position Summary:

FAMED Studios is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer support. This role is vital in creating a warm, positive experience for students, families, and visitors by handling inquiries, managing schedules, and supporting studio staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet students, families, and visitors with a welcoming attitude
     
  • Manage class registrations, check-ins, and attendance tracking
     
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries promptly and professionally
     
  • Assist with scheduling classes, appointments, and studio events
     
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of student information
     
  • Support billing and payment processing as needed
     
  • Coordinate communication between instructors, staff, and families
     
  • Keep the front desk and lobby area neat and inviting
     
  • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by management
     
  • Uphold FAMED Studios’ values and commitment to excellent customer service

    Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
     
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
     
  • Proficient with basic computer programs (MS Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software)
     
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
     
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
     
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
     
  • Passion for working with children, families, and the arts is a plus
