What You’ll Do

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store—leading, inspiring, and driving results every day.
    •    Drive Sales & Growth
    •    Lead your store to achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals.
    •    Analyze performance reports and develop action plans to boost results.
    •    Build & Inspire Teams
    •    Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team.
    •    Create a culture of positivity, accountability, and growth.
    •    Recognize and develop future leaders within Coastal Edge.
    •    Deliver World-Class Experiences
    •    Ensure every customer leaves inspired, engaged, and loyal.
    •    Foster an authentic surf/skate atmosphere that reflects our brand.
    •    Partner with the community to grow awareness and drive traffic.
    •    Own Operations
    •    Manage payroll, staffing, and scheduling efficiently.
    •    Ensure compliance with all policies, audits, and loss prevention.
    •    Keep your store safe, clean, organized, and ready to perform.

What We’re Looking For
    •    2+ years of management experience in retail or a fast-paced environment.
    •    Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
    •    Excellent communication, leadership, and people-development skills.
    •    High energy, passion for action sports, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
    •    Flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
    •    Must be 18 years of age or older.
