Customer Service & Training Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, people-focused Customer Service & Training Coordinator to support customers using DREAM Field Service Software. Our customers work in the trades — Pest Control, Lawncare, HVAC, Plumbing — and they count on our software to keep their businesses running smoothly. A basic understanding of software as a service (SaaS) and how cloud-based tools help businesses succeed will help you hit the ground running (no coding required).

Your job will be to make sure they have a great experience: answering questions, helping solve problems, leading training sessions, and creating simple, effective how-to materials. If you’re good at explaining things, enjoy working with people, and like the idea of combining customer service with teaching, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support (phone, email, chat).

  • Troubleshoot software issues and document solutions (no coding required).

  • Run training sessions for individuals and groups.

  • Create training materials, guides, and video tutorials.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing/business at minimum (internship/related experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is just as important).

  • Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment, flexible with tasks and responsibilities.

  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people (native English proficiency preferred).

  • Organized, reliable, and adaptable, with experience in customer service, training, or teaching preferred.

  • Comfortable with basic video editing and curious about technology; SaaS or field service software knowledge is a plus.
