You are a Paralegal.
You are energized by caring for clients and have a passion for people. With sharp attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, you play a key part in building trust-based relationships with clients, third-party advisors, and team members. You are constantly collaborating with the team, helping clients navigate the intricacies of estate planning, trust administration, and business law, and rising to the challenge of the fast-paced legal services world. You act as notetaker, compass, sounding board, and all-around support for the attorney both in and out of meetings. You are the core connection between the attorney, clients, and team members.
As a Paralegal, your day-to-day may involve:
- Developing strong and trusted relationships with clients and advisors through timely and accurate communications.
- Working directly with attorneys and the Client Management team to ensure best recommendations are made and fulfilled.
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with team members.
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating client needs on an ongoing basis.
- Gathering information from the clients and their advisors to ensure client success.
- Resolving client matters in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintaining a comprehensive and accurate history for each client.
- Courses offered cover a range of topics, including emotional resilience and self-awareness, leadership, communication, teamwork, confidence, big-picture thinking, problem solving, critical thinking, accountability, professionalism, goal setting, work management, efficiency, business planning, estate planning, asset types, legal services, QSBS, Microsoft 365, rules of professional conduct, professional writing, reading legal documents, recognizing and selling value, and teaching and training skills.
- Approximately $20,000 in annual McCullough Lifelong Learning course enrollment.

- Status: Full time, 100% on site
- Preferred Experience: 3+ years of client services or client relations
- Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
