Responsibilities

  • Work directly with business owners in a business-to-business (B2B) sales capacity.
  • Conduct presentations, manage client relationships, and facilitate employee enrollment in voluntary benefits programs.
  • Provide expert guidance and education on Aflac's insurance products as a benefits advisor and worksite liaison.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and lead generation efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and management.
  • Continuously enhance benefits expertise as an enroller and counselor.
  • Maintain all necessary state licensing, including Life and/or Health insurance.
