Overview: As a Project Manager at , you will lead the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Assemble and lead project teams, providing clear direction and support.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project expenditures.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets project specifications and regulatory standards.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
Participate in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure all parties understand and adhere to contractual obligations.
Collaborate with the safety team to ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial finishing processes, materials, and construction techniques, preferred.
Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in estimating.
