Executive Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Secretary to provide administrative and scheduling support. This role involves managing communication, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize email inbox, prioritize messages, and draft responses.

Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel.

Communicate with employees, business partners, and clients as needed.

Maintain records, files, and business documents.

Track deadlines and follow up on tasks.

Support business operations with reporting and administrative needs.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and IOS/Mac systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.

Preferred:

Prior experience in administrative support or as an executive assistant.

Familiarity with business operations, scheduling, or communications.
