About Us
KDP Financial Group is a boutique financial services firm specializing in tax preparation, bookkeeping, CFO advisory, and business solutions. We’re a growing brand with a strong presence in the local community, and we’re looking for someone to represent us at local networking events and business functions when our executive team cannot attend.
Role Overview
The Event Brand Representative will act as the face of KDP Financial Group at Chamber of Commerce events, networking meetups, and community functions. This person will promote our services, build relationships with potential partners and clients, and report back with valuable leads and event takeaways.
Responsibilities
- Attend designated Chamber of Commerce events and other networking opportunities on behalf of KDP Financial Group
- Distribute business cards, brochures, and branded materials
- Introduce the company and clearly communicate what we do (tax services, bookkeeping, CFO solutions, business formation, etc.)
- Collect business cards and contact information from attendees
- Take light notes on event highlights and conversations for post-event debrief
- Report back to management within 24 hours with leads and recommendations for follow-up
- Uphold professionalism and represent the brand with confidence
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfort with networking and meeting new people
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
- Interest in business, finance, or entrepreneurship preferred (great fit for local students at FSU/FTCC)
Compensation
- $50–$100 per event (depending on event length and responsibilities)
- Opportunity for ongoing event-based work or part-time administrative support if successful
