Key Responsibilities

· Conduct regulatory research to identify applicable state licensing obligations and update internal guidance as needed.

· Prepare, submit, and track state license applications, renewals, and amendments for medical device distribution across multiple jurisdictions.

· Liaise with internal stakeholders and state regulatory agencies to coordinate filings and respond to follow-ups.

· Develop and maintain a centralized licensing tracker or database.

· Maintain accurate and organized records of license statuses, filings, supporting documents, and correspondence.

· Monitor and manage license expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and regulatory changes.

· Support internal audits and inspections related to licensing compliance.

· Assist with drafting and revising internal procedures or guidance documents related to licensing processes.
