Associate Attorney – Immigration Law
About Marcus Law Firm
Marcus Law Firm, PLLC is a boutique immigration law practice dedicated to providing compassionate and expert legal representation. Founded in 2018, we focus on complex immigration matters, including asylum, Cuban Adjustment Act cases, humanitarian visas, family-based petitions, and appeals. In 2025, Marcus Law Firm earned national recognition when one of our cases—Matter of Roque-Izada—was selected for publication by the Board of Immigration Appeals, setting precedent for similar cases nationwide.
In light of our continued growth and expanding caseload, we are excited to add an Associate Attorney to our team.
