
Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive revenue within our electronics packaging division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and account management, as well as a deep understanding of packaging solutions used in electronics manufacturing, supply chain requirements, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to develop packaging strategies that meet performance, cost, and sustainability goals. This candidate will also maintain and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the electronics sector
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact
- Understand clients’ business needs and offer tailored product solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, product development, logistics, etc.) to meet client expectations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale
- Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product advancements, and competitors
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in electronics or tech
- Strong understanding of electronics products (e.g., components, devices, systems)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet revenue targets
- Proficient in QuickBooks software and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Skills (Optional but Beneficial):
- Technical sales or engineering background in electronics
- Experience with international clients or supply chain coordination
