This is more than a data entry role; you will be responsible for accurately processing the financial transactions that help people successfully manage their retirement savings. ## What You'll Do

As a Financial Operations Processor, you will handle a high volume of transactions with speed and accuracy. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Processing key financial requests, including participant withdrawals, rollovers, and beneficiary payouts.
  • Ensuring all transactions comply with government regulations, contract provisions, and internal policies.
  • Communicating professionally with plan advisors to resolve and correct any "Not In Good Order" (NIGO) items.
  • Navigating multiple retirement plan applications to accurately enter and maintain data.
  • Thriving in a production-based environment where you'll aim to process approximately 55 transactions daily with 99% accuracy.

## What You'll Bring

  • Education: A completed (or near completion) bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in an office, data entry, or other detail-oriented role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with a typing speed of 45+ WPM.
  • Core Competencies: A quick learner with a strong ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

## The Perks & Details

  • Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
  • Start Date: 10/6/25
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Location: Hybrid in downtown Columbus (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
