đŹ What Youâll Do:
As a Product Safety Coordinator, youâll play a critical role in ensuring our U.S. products meet chemical safety, labeling, and regulatory requirements. Expect to:
⨠Create & maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS), labels, and transport classifications
⨠Support compliance with OSHA, TSCA, Prop 65 & state/federal chemical laws
⨠Evaluate raw materials & new formulas for hazards and labeling needs
⨠Monitor regulatory changes and update documentation
⨠Prepare regulatory filings for U.S. & international marketsÂ
⨠Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Global Product Safety teams on product launches

đ Qualifications:Â
â
BS (or higher) in Chemistry, Industrial Hygiene, Toxicology, or related field
â
Familiarity with MSDS/SDS & warning label authoring (1+ year exp preferred, not required)
â
 Experience with the use of Chem Advisor database and MSDS Authoring software, preferred, not required
â
 Working knowledge of all applicable Canadian Regulatory codes and practices including DSL and NDSL rules and regulation, (a plus, not required)
â
Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Â
