Role Overview
As a Therapist or Clinical Intern, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services. You’ll engage in comprehensive assessment, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to diverse populations. You’ll work alongside interns, supervisees, and experienced clinicians in a setting that values mutual respect, shared learning, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Collaborate with clinical team members in case consultations and peer supervision
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary discussions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision
Minimum Qualifications
For Interns:
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Eligible for internship placement and supervision
For Licensed Clinicians:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Possess a non-independent or independent clinical license (e.g., LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW, etc.)
- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
